Process
A typical sequence of work. Each project is planned against its own route and site conditions.
STEP 01
Bore planning
Route, entry and exit points and crossing profile are planned against site conditions.
STEP 02
Pilot bore
A guided pilot hole is drilled along the planned alignment.
STEP 03
Reaming
The bore is enlarged to suit the duct or pipe diameter, with drilling fluid managed throughout.
STEP 04
Pullback
Duct or pipe is pulled back through the finished bore.
STEP 05
QA & documentation
The crossing is recorded and documented for handover.
